We convinced Grandpa to take the kids fishing. He was a little less than thrilled but was a good sport even though he swore they wouldn't catch anything. Well what do ya know, after Grandpa had his line in the water for less than 5 minutes he caught a fish. The kids were thrilled. It was the only catch for the day, other than the thousands of mosquitos catching
us.
Jacob helped Katelyn and Kaleb learn how to catch grasshoppers that they could take on their adventure. I think Katelyn felt a little sad when she realized you poke a hook through the grasshopers.
